Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a legendary customer experience by greeting and engaging customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point-Of-Sale systems
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

  • One or more years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a Point-Of-Sale system
