Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales and Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales.
- Utilize effective sales skills and techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Optical Services
- Fills ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fits and adapts lenses and frames to meet customer needs.
- Conducts measurements and evaluates prescriptions to ensure accurate fits.
- Recommends specific lenses, lens coatings, and frames to suit customer needs.
- Store Operations
- Assists with ensuring each store is effectively merchandised and presented according to planogram and company standards.
- Ensures high-quality service through accurate measurements, correct pricing, and realistic delivery time quotes.
- Customer Service
- Provides exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- State licensure or certification as an optician required.
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
