Millwright Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Bunge. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on packaging and process equipment, including conveyor systems, rotary filling equipment, automated boxing equipment, heat exchangers, and palletizing systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and regular Work Orders, ensuring accurate inventory and labor tracking.
- Adhere to Bunge's policies, safety procedures, and provincial codes and regulations.
- Fulfill all Health and Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, WHIMS, MSDS, and SQF requirements, as well as Company policy.
- Contribute to plant safety by participating in safety training and hazard detection.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings/schematics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid Provincial Millwright Journeyman Certificate or recognized interprovincial equivalent, coupled with a minimum of two years' experience.
- Experience in food manufacturing maintenance is an asset.
- Ammonia refrigeration/boiler experience is an asset.
- Knowledge and experience with PLC controls and programming systems, including Allen Bradley.
- Demonstrated success in applying safety standards, compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a safe working environment.
- Tig welding and milling is an asset.
- Superior verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Ability to perform medium to heavy manual labor.
- Strong, independent individual with the ability to function within a highly integrated team environment.
This position is an afternoon shift on Monday to Friday from 3pm-11:30pm only.
