Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote our vocational initiatives to businesses and the broader community
  • Engage with employers to pinpoint their staffing needs
  • Establish a robust network of employer contacts through diverse outreach efforts
  • Evaluate employer requirements and formulate tailored service plans
  • Implement HR best practices to offer customized solutions to employers
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Guide participants to appropriate resources
  • Keep an organized database of employer contacts
  • Prepare reports in accordance with established standards

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • Background in sales or marketing
  • Experience in HR is advantageous
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Experience in career and employment counselling is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms

  • Completion of a security background check is mandatory
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends may be required
