Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Fashion Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Fashion Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, processing and stocking fashion merchandise, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and stock fashion merchandise, ensuring that displays and fixtures are secure and visually appealing.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Merchandise non-modular fashion items, ensuring that they are properly displayed and priced.
  • Replenish and merchandise seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and merchandise.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
