About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts Fort McMurray. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling automotive parts and accessories to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit sales and sell goods or services to customers
  • Show and describe goods or services to customers
  • Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs
  • Arrange sales demonstration appointments with customers
  • Provide information about advertised products to customers
  • Record customers' orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Contact potential customers by phone to promote products and services
  • Negotiate price when purchasing or selling products
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
