Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and visionary leader to join our team as a principal or vice principal. As a member of our administrative team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience for our students and supporting the growth and development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and support to teachers and staff to ensure high-quality instruction and student outcomes
- Develop and implement effective educational programs and policies that meet the needs of our diverse student population
- Collaborate with district-level administration to advance the district's strategic plan and goals
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the broader community
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of district funds
- Support the development of staff through professional learning and growth opportunities
- Valid B.C. Professional Teaching Certificate
- Master's Degree in Educational Leadership or related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with technology to support learning and administrative tasks
We offer a competitive salary range of $126,996 to $161,167, depending on experience and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
