About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Silver Time. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and oversee payroll administration to ensure the smooth operation of our store.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure we have the right products on hand to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, oversee the return of merchandise, and ensure that our store is running efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
