About Home Instead

At Home Instead, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to seniors in their own homes. As a compassionate and respectful Care Professional, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and conversation to alleviate feelings of loneliness
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Remind clients of medications and appointments
  • Accompany clients to appointments and run errands
  • Provide person-centered care for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to work in various settings, including clients' homes and care facilities
  • Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends
  • Willingness to work with clients who have communicable diseases or varying needs

Training and Development
