We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Taxi Dispatcher to join our team at NORTH STAR TAXI. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that our drivers are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatching Drivers: You will be responsible for dispatching drivers to pick up passengers and transport them to their destinations in a safe and timely manner.
- Coordinating Schedules: You will work closely with our drivers to coordinate their schedules, ensuring that they are available to meet the demands of our customers.
- Managing Communications: You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with our drivers, ensuring that they have the information they need to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Monitoring Performance: You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
- Education: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: You must have experience in a related field, such as transportation or customer service.
- Skills: You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
