Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at Regal Drywall Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule drywall installation activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of drywall installers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
  • Material Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for drywall installation.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on the job site, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of drywall installers, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that drywall installation meets project requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience in drywall installation and project coordination is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
