Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of product demonstrators in a retail environment, providing guidance and support to ensure that our clients' products are showcased in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Execution: Plan and execute in-store demonstrations, events, and promotions, ensuring that they are executed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to our clients, highlighting the success of our product demonstrations and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of our clients' products and services, as well as the retail industry.
