We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for presenting our product to prospects and working with our sales team to gather requirements and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product and its features, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our product and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, with a focus on learning management systems or related technologies.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with web technologies, APIs, and data protection principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
