Stockroom Supervisor

India Bazaar is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our stockroom and ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of stockroom staff, including receiving and processing inventory shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom environment.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Establish and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and monitoring inventory turnover.
- Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- 1-2 years of experience in a stockroom or inventory control environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
