About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Allnations Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
