Rising Edge Group is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a crew, ensuring project execution, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities to meet project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a crew to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to review and obtain closure on RFIs and COs.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit timesheets in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, and project scheduling.
