Key Responsibilities- Assess and identify patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care, prioritizing their physical, social, and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
