Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with specific needs to ensure a comfortable stay.
  • Assign, review, and oversee the work of staff members.
  • Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company standards.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary to maintain service continuity.
  • Manage the requisition of materials and supplies to support operations.
