- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and that they leave the establishment satisfied.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with insights into sales trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment is preferred.
- Work Setting: This position is located in a fast-paced food service establishment, requiring the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Physical Demands: This position requires standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking, as well as the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
