Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Contract Enhanced Client Services Supervisor to join our team near Scarborough. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional client services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of client services staff to ensure effective delivery of services
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Proven experience in client services supervision or a related field
