Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Atlantik Quality Care. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients with various needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. If you are a caring and patient individual who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to management
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
