Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Describe menu items to customers, including daily specials, and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Greet patrons and present menus, making recommendations and answering questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring seamless communication and execution.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Point of sale system experience is essential for this role.
