Job Title: Continuing Care Assistant

At Health Careers in Sask, we are seeking a skilled Continuing Care Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to provide personal care and support to clients in their homes. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will work independently to encourage clients to maintain their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and activities of daily living for clients
  • Support clients in meeting their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
  • Work independently to encourage clients to maintain their well-being
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
