The Ottawa Catholic School Board is seeking a Casual Housekeeper to join our team. As a Casual Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, preparing daily snacks and meals for students, and performing other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including preparation and eating areas
- Prepare daily snacks and meals for dependently handicapped students
- Perform laundry duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Grade 10 education
- Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping and cooking experience
- Good knowledge of nutrition values
- Previous experience dealing with handicapped children
- First Aid and CPR certification an asset
Casual Housekeepers must be available to work on call during regular school hours.
CompensationThe hourly wage is $20.02/hour plus 4% in lieu of vacation pay.
