Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and maintain a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and physical stamina to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical demands. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
