Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Moving Van Drivers
    • Oversee the daily activities of our moving van drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
    • Coordinate with drivers to plan and schedule routes, ensuring optimal use of resources
  • Manage Transportation Operations
    • Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Monitor and analyze transportation metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure Health and Safety
    • Develop and implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for drivers and customers
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Train and Develop Drivers
    • Provide training and development opportunities to drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge
    • Coach and mentor drivers to improve their performance and productivity
  • Coordinate Repairs and Maintenance

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Language
    • English language proficiency
  • License
    • Valid driver's license
