Customer Service and Relations

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, maintaining a positive reputation for Sai Delight Kitchen Inc.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks

Prepare and submit accurate reports, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
