About the Role

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our award-winning Design + Innovation Team at Lenovo. As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative and user-centric design solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary design teams to develop consumer-centric UX design concepts for Lenovo's IDG business.
  • Design and develop innovative UX design solutions that wow our end-users and create value for business.
  • Leverage repeatable tools, templates, and process documentation to streamline design efforts.
  • Conduct user research and translate findings into user stories, user journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Present design proposals to team leaders and collaborate with SPM, SPO, STPM, and other experts to deliver high-quality design.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic/web design, UX, or related field.
  • 1+ years of UX design experience in consumer SW or web-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Outstanding skills in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience in prototyping and working in agile environments.
  • Self-motivated and thrive on challenges.
