Job Title: Landscaper

A. ALL AREA LANDSCAPING & GARDENING SERVICES LTD. is seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team. As a Landscaper, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs and plan for lawn care and landscaping projects
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens, applying fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products as needed
  • Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas, and injecting with treatment solutions
  • Assess the health of lawns and diagnose problems and diseases in trees and shrubs
  • Direct crews who maintain the health and appearance of golf courses and their surrounding landscapes
  • Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses, and other purposes
  • Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, including planting and moving trees
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliability and attention to detail
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with regular exposure to the elements. The ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions is essential.
