  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Supervisory Role

The position includes supervising general cooks and ensuring that all kitchen staff adhere to best practices.
