Your Role: Water Treatment Maintenance Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our water treatment facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from monitoring treatment processes to coordinating repairs and equipment calibration.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient functioning of pumping and water treatment equipment, adhering to established procedures.
  • Monitor and control various treatment processes to ensure optimal performance and water quality.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans, including repairs, equipment calibration, and preventative measures.
  • Source and evaluate specialized suppliers, coordinating on-site interventions for complex repairs or installations.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports for clients, documenting maintenance activities and treatment process performance.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to a small team of technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Your Qualifications:
  • Possess strong analytical and observational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork abilities and a willingness to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Exhibit meticulousness and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Display initiative and self-sufficiency, capable of working independently and managing tasks efficiently.
  • Possess proven leadership skills, with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
  • Hold a diploma in electromechanics or industrial mechanics.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics, preferably within the water treatment sector.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing personnel effectively.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
