We are seeking a dedicated Event Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing initiatives through effective event management. This is a permanent full-time role that offers a dynamic work environment.

Position Overview
  • Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a related field
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute a diverse range of events aimed at enhancing visibility and fundraising efforts.
  • Create and curate written content including reports, briefs, and digital content for our website.
  • Promote activities, workshops, and meetings to support fundraising objectives.
  • Handle administrative duties and assist in the development of various materials.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge public opinion and attitudes.
  • Design and implement marketing strategies and materials.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience
  • Event management expertise.
  • Project management skills.
  • Background in communications.
  • Experience in brand management.
  • Familiarity with digital media strategies.
