  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep track of shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle operator work records to track hours, mileage, and other relevant data.
  • Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses to ensure accurate budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless supply chain management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Work setting: Transportation, Freight forwarding
