{"About the Role": "At Western Financial Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Advisor to join our team. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing insurance solutions to protect what matters most to them.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
* Build and manage customer relationships
* Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
* Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
* Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
* Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business

Requirements:

* No experience necessary; training provided for the right candidate
* RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
* Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
* Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
* Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
* Working experience in EPIC is an asset
