Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates in both English and French to ensure seamless relocation experiences.
  • Provide in-depth real estate analysis and guidance to clients, including selling, buying, and renting homes.
  • Deliver clear and concise reports to clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure successful relocation outcomes.
  • Ensure client SLAs are met, both internally and by suppliers, and prepare effective cost reports.
  • Advise clients on budget management and provide equitable solutions to relocation challenges.
  • Collaborate with team members to formulate effective solutions for individual circumstances.
  • Maintain detailed record-keeping in our software program to ensure quality data entry and report generation.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • College or university graduate in Business or HR, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in relocation, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective negotiation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
