  • Plan resources to address manpower needs, staff performance standards, training, and development plans.
  • Ensure all company directives, policies, and procedures are well communicated and executed.
  • Implement good inventory control measures.
  • Build the pharmacy business and increase sales and profit.

Customer Service

This position requires a high level of customer contact, and applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with 2-3 years of pharmacy experience.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational skills and diligence.
  • Good business sense.
