Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement recognition strategies with branches, ensuring a high level of consistency across the organization.

- Budget Management: Ensure adherence to the annual budget for recognition programs and monitor invoicing for various recognition initiatives.
- Communication and Collaboration: Organize regular meetings with the AC team and recognition vendors, and maintain seamless communication channels with different stakeholders.
- Leadership and Team Management: Provide leadership to ensure the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the recognition team, and guide staff through example.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems with a results-oriented approach, and make day-to-day decisions on logistical situations involving recognition.
- Education: University degree in Education or Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience with employee management and unionized environments.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, sound decision-making skills, and strong computer skills.
- Language: Bilingual (English and French).
