Position Overview: We are in search of a meticulous Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to enhance our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical capabilities and financial expertise to deliver strategic insights that bolster business performance. This role involves responsibilities such as budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, financial assessments, and providing decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and uphold financial models for budgeting and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee the annual budgeting cycle and assess variances.
- Generate financial reports and conduct KPI evaluations.
- Administer the sales commission framework and associated calculations.
- Engage with various teams for comprehensive financial analysis.
- Perform ad-hoc financial evaluations for business projects.
- Assess the financial ramifications of strategic decisions and investments.
- Spot opportunities to enhance financial processes and controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach.
- Dedication to maintaining ethical standards.
