Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs and maintenance services in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify any malfunctions and perform the necessary repairs.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers and ensure seamless communication.
- Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs and ensure accurate documentation.
- Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and provide recommendations to customers.
- Perform road tests using safe driving standards and ensure vehicles are safe for customer use.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and updates in automotive systems to provide the best possible service.
- Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to dealership standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid 310s License.
- Proven experience as a licensed Automotive Technician (3+ years preferred).
- Strong product knowledge and technical/mechanical repair skills.
- Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- General Dealership experience and brand experience preferred.
