Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement measures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned regularly and efficiently.
- Manage Financial Records: Maintain accurate financial records of cleaning supplies, equipment, and personnel costs.
- Communicate with Clients: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 36 to 40 hours per week
This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
