Position Overview

  • Procurement: Manage the requisition of food and kitchen supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to our high standards of quality.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
  • Staff Training: Provide training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering of supplies and equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and assistants, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications
