Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and engage residents in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Administer medications and provide wound care as needed
- Document resident care and progress
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
