About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI Artist - Photo Lead to join our innovative team. This role merges artistic vision with cutting-edge AI technologies to produce exceptional visual content and enhance artistic workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Pitch and support ongoing client pitches that drive R&D against real-world challenges, transforming insights into winning proposals.
  • Work with various discipline leads to collaborate on workflow and R&D, ensuring we represent the best of NOW.
  • Push creative craft and development of R&D projects that showcase creative excellence through AI-enabled workflows.
  • Engage in client-directed R&D as well as proactive R&D to explore meaningful transformation in craft.
  • Collaborate with a wider studio transformation team to ensure rapid and effective results across disciplines.

Pipeline Transformation - Monks Flow Integration

  • Drive generative AI photo workflow transformation, ensuring production processes are updated and tested for optimal craft delivery.
  • Support automation teams to ensure integrate new processes into existing Monks AI-related workflows & toolstacks.
  • Proactively review and test new tools to keep workflows current in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Social Ambassador

  • Represent our craft voice in social media channels, sharing insights and developments in the AI Photography space.
  • Lead net new R&D and maintain a weekly posting cadence into the new and unknown to shape the conversation on where "photography" is heading.
  • Review new tool stacks and features as part of the ongoing jobs and workflows.

Creative Craft Excellence / Awards

  • Champion excellence in craft, pushing the boundaries of making day-to-day, project-to-project. Ensure that we activate creative workflows that are new and pushing transformation of craft into the "never been done before area".

Education & Knowledge Sharing

  • Lead internal and external education; developing BTS and educational case studies that allow us to craft transformation in photography.

Portfolio Requirements

  • Compelling portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and AI-integrated work.
  • Proven experience in production environments, such as photo studios, design studios, or post-production studios.

Tools Skills

  • Proficient in the Adobe toolstack.
  • AI toolstacks MUST: MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Magnific / Krea.
  • AI toolstacks NICE TO HAVE: Adobe (Firefly), Comfy UI, Chat GPT, Runway, LUMA, Eleven Labs, DALL-E.

Required Skills

  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

  • Able to quickly understand new technology concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player.

  • A sense of humor, outgoing, articulate, well-informed, intelligent, confident, and possessing common sense.
  • A skilled, creative, confident presenter and negotiator.
  • Fluent in spreadsheets (Google Sheets preferred).
  • Strong abilities in Google Workspace.
