About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Circle K Fox Creek. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Payments: Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, as well as process returns and exchanges.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning the counter area.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor Entrances and Exits: Ensure that all customers have paid for their purchases before leaving the store.
  • Verify Age for Restricted Products: Verify the age of customers purchasing restricted products, such as lottery tickets, alcohol, and tobacco products.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers and tasks to manage.
  • Work Under Pressure: Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a high-pressure environment.
  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, and Walking: Perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Bending, Crouching, and Kneeling: Perform bending, crouching, and kneeling to restock shelves and clean the store.
