Job Title: Part-Time Laboratory Instructor

Nipissing University is seeking a highly qualified Part-Time Laboratory Instructor to join our team in the School of Physical and Health Education.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced instructor to teach undergraduate biomechanics courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, evaluating student performance, and meeting with students outside of class time.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver instruction and evaluation for the portion of the course assigned
  • Be available to meet with students outside of official classroom time
  • Complete mandatory training requirements and review Nipissing University's policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a health science-related discipline
  • Demonstrated competency in undergraduate biomechanics, including theoretical principles and application of mechanical analysis of human movement
  • Knowledge of human skeletal and muscular gross anatomy is an asset
