Key Responsibilities- Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people and develop relationships with Indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations.
- Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for Indigenous workers and provide cultural competency training to all employees.
- Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 5 years or more of experience is necessary.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
