Senior Project Manager - ICI Construction

As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex construction projects in the ICI sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to establish and enforce strategic project controls, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading the negotiation and management of high-value contracts with consultants, specialists, and contractors, including handling endorsements, amendments, and significant change orders.
  • Directing consultant services, providing high-level oversight of drawings and specifications, and ensuring that work quality aligns with strategic project objectives.
  • Chairing site meetings with senior professionals and subcontractors to address critical issues, resolve major conflicts, and maintain project alignment with strategic goals.
  • Overseeing project budgets, including high-stakes financial management and decision-making related to change orders and site activities.
  • Steering the development and continuous optimization of project schedules, and playing a key role in high-level contract negotiations and strategic planning.
  • Managing complex customer and subcontractor payment processes, critically reviewing shop drawings and samples, and addressing intricate technical questions related to plans and specifications.
  • Leading the resolution of "Conflict Detections" during BIM execution, ensuring effective strategic responses to project deficiencies and implementing high-impact amendments.
