Grocery Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Clerk at Maxi. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring that products are properly displayed and priced.
- Cash Handling and Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in a secure and accurate manner.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives, and communicate effectively with management and other team members to ensure seamless store operations.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
- Language: English or French is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
