Job Title: Pool Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pool Installation Specialist to join our team at BC Pools and Spas Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing swimming pools and equipment, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for swimming pools and equipment
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools for installation and maintenance
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications for pool installations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in pool installation and maintenance
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work outdoors in various locations, including construction and renovation sites.
