Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and dynamic healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Current active practicing registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM)
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Experience in emergency nursing or critical care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
